سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم ومع محتوياته وعبوته الأصلية، مع مراعاة الحقوق النظامية.

لا تُقبل المنتجات المستخدمة أو المجربة بسبب تغيير الرأي. المنتجات التي فُتحت عبوتها الداخلية أو كُسر ختمها الصحي تُستثنى لأسباب صحية فقط بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة. فتح كرتون الشحن الخارجي وحده لا يلغي حق الاسترجاع.

إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً أو مختلفاً عن الطلب، تواصلي معنا عند اكتشاف المشكلة. لا تتأثر حقوقك النظامية لهذه الحالات بفتح العبوة أو انتهاء مهلة تغيير الرأي. نتحمل تكاليف الإرجاع أو الاستبدال الناتجة عن خطأ من المتجر أو عيب في المنتج.

لطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، أرسلي رقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء واسم المنتج وسبب الطلب، مع صور للمشكلة إن أمكن، إلى:

تتحمل العميلة تكاليف النقل المرتبطة بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي، بالقدر المسموح نظاماً، وسنوضحها قبل الترتيب. الاستبدال حسب التوفر مع تسوية فرق السعر.

بعد استلام المرتجع وفحصه، نبلغك بالنتيجة ونعالج الاسترداد المستحق إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى أمكن. تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ بحسب البنك أو مزود الدفع. لا يُفرض رصيد متجر بدلاً من الاسترداد المستحق.

لا تحد هذه السياسة من الحقوق الإلزامية للمستهلك بموجب الأنظمة السعودية.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused and returned with their original contents and packaging, subject to statutory rights.

Used or tried products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns. Products with opened inner packaging or broken hygiene seals are excluded on hygiene grounds only where permitted by law. Opening the outer shipping carton alone does not remove your return rights.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us when you discover the issue. Opening the packaging or passing the change-of-mind window does not remove your statutory rights. We cover return or replacement transport resulting from our error or a product defect.

Please contact us for return instructions and the return address before sending items.

Customers bear transport costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges to the extent permitted by law. We explain these costs before arranging transport. Exchanges depend on availability, with any price difference settled.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we notify you of the outcome and process any refund due to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times vary. Store credit will not be imposed instead of a refund you are entitled to.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under Saudi law.
