الشروط والأحكام
تسري هذه الشروط على شراء المنتجات من متجر فرهينا بيوتي الإلكتروني shop.farheenbeauty.com. حجوزات الصالون والخدمة المنزلية وبطاقات العضوية تخضع لشروطها الخاصة.
الطلبات والأسعار
يرجى مراجعة المنتج والحجم واللون والكمية وعنوان التسليم قبل الدفع، وتقديم بيانات صحيحة. الأسعار بالريال السعودي. يوضح ملخص الدفع الضرائب ورسوم الشحن المطبقة والإجمالي قبل إتمام الطلب. تخضع العروض للمدة والشروط المعلنة.
إذا تعذر توفير منتج أو ظهر خطأ في الطلب أو السعر، نتواصل معك لتوضيح الخيارات. لن نستبدل المنتج أو نفرض مبلغاً إضافياً دون موافقتك. تُرد المبالغ المدفوعة للمنتجات الملغاة وفق حقوقك النظامية.
التوصيل والإلغاء
تعتمد خيارات التوصيل وتكلفته على عنوانك والخيار الموضح عند الدفع. للاستفسار عن موعد التسليم أو تعديل الطلب أو إلغائه، تواصلي معنا. إذا تم شحن الطلب، نوضح الخيارات المتاحة وفق سياسة الاسترجاع والحقوق النظامية. لا تلغي تقديرات التسليم حقوقك عند التأخير.
معلومات المنتجات
نحرص على دقة الصور والأوصاف، وقد يختلف عرض اللون بحسب الشاشة. راجعي المكونات والتحذيرات وتعليمات الاستخدام على العبوة. أوصاف مستحضرات التجميل ليست نصيحة طبية أو ضماناً لنتيجة فردية، ولا يحد ذلك من حقوقك عند عدم مطابقة المنتج للوصف.

These terms apply to product purchases from shop.farheenbeauty.com. Salon bookings, home services and memberships have their own terms.
Orders and Prices
Check the product, size, shade, quantity and delivery address before paying, and provide accurate information. Prices are in Saudi riyals. Checkout shows applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total before you place your order. Offers follow their advertised dates and conditions.
If an item is unavailable or an order or pricing error occurs, we contact you with the options. We will not substitute products or charge extra without your agreement. Payments for cancelled items are refunded in accordance with your legal rights.
Delivery and Cancellation
Delivery options and charges depend on your address and the option shown at checkout. Contact us for delivery estimates or to request a change or cancellation. If your order has shipped, we explain the available options under our returns policy and applicable law. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights where delays occur.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images; colours can appear different across screens. Read the ingredients, warnings and directions on the packaging. Cosmetic descriptions are not medical advice or a guarantee of individual results. This does not limit your rights where a product differs from its description.
